Do not use with nitrates or “poppers,” or with riociguat. Dangerous drops in blood pressure can occur. Tell your prescriber about all medicines, supplements and medical conditions. Do not add other ED medicines or change your dose without your prescriber’s direction.
Get emergency help for an erection lasting more than four hours. Stop use and seek medical attention for sudden vision or hearing loss. If chest pain occurs during sexual activity, stop and seek urgent medical help; tell emergency clinicians what you took and when.
